Since these products are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are generally final.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been completed and the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for digital products except in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The purchased product cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
- The downloaded file is permanently corrupted, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Refund requests based on reasons such as changing your mind, purchasing the wrong product, or not reading the product description are not eligible.
